All refunds must be within 24 hours of purchase from Bearsden Snowsports Club
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Bearsden Snowsports Club would endeavour to work with our customers to offer alternative lesson’s if the lessons booked are not suitable. Alternative lessons must be taken up first, if no reasonable alternative can be offered, then a refund may be sought.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your card issuer / Bank it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This should take no longer than 48 / 72 hours.
